| COMMENTS | On the above date and time, I responded to the area of Smathers Library, in reference to two subjects in the area, panhandling. Upon arrival, I witnessed Kevin Sims and Andrew Nauman, playing their guitars and asking for money. Upon contact, both stated that they were told by the Gainesville Police Department that they could come to campus and play their guitars and ask for money.
Both were checked through FCIC/NCIC. Nauman came back with an active 10-99 out of Athens, Georgia for an open container, but GA would not extradite.
Both were trespassed from the entire University of Florida Campus. The borders of campus were explained to both, to which they stated that they understood. Both subjects were given maps of the University of Florida. |
