| COMMENTS | On the above date and time, I observed a white, male headed westbound on Museum Rd., riding one bicycle, while pushing another. The subject was identified as Brian Cummings. Mr. Cummings has no affiliation to the University of Florida. When asked about the bicycle he was pushing, Cummings responded that he had found it while working today off of 39th Ave. Both bicycles were checked through FCIC/NCIC, with negative results. Since Cummings stated that the silver bicycle that he was pushing didn't belong to him, the bicycle was placed into the bike compound. Cummings was issued a trespass warning for the entire University of Florida campus. Cummings was explained the borders of campus, to which he stated that he understood. Cummings is currently on parole for a weapons violation. |
