| COMMENTS | On Saturday, October 31, 2009 at approximately 2145 hrs., I responded to Anderson Hall reference a homeless person sleeping in the area. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Mr. Michael Conway Noffsinger, who was asleep on the red-brick, concrete wall just north of Anderson Hall. Noffsinger could not give a reasonable explanation for being on campus and when initially asked where he lived, stated that he was homeless. However, Noffsinger later provided a local address as his place of residence. As a result of illegitimate reasons to be on campus and no affiliation, Noffsinger was trespassed and asked to leave the University of Florida immediately. He stated that he understood and didn't want to cause any more problems. A check of wants and/or warrants was negative.
