| COMMENTS | On 11-04-09 at approximately 2156 hrs., I stopped Allen Jenkins, identified by his Florida identification card, for riding his bike without lights. A check on Jenkins identification revealed a warrant for his arrest. Upon verbal and written confirmation Jenkins was placed under arrest and searched. While searching Jenkins I found a small metal pipe with burn marks and copper brush on one end. A field test kit was used and came back positive for crack cocaine. Jenkins admitted to having smoked crack two hours earlier. Jenkins is not affiliated to the University of Florida. I informed Jenkins that he was trespassed from University of Florida and explained the boundaries to him. Jenkins stated that he understood the boundaries. |
