| COMMENTS | On 11/6/09 I was dispatched to Beaty Towers in reference to solicitors. Upon searching Beaty Tower west I found the suspect, Brian Cooper. He said that he had been told by his superiors that it was okay to sell magazines in the resident halls. I informed him that soliciting was not allowed on any part of campus and that he needed to stop immediately. Cooper was checked through FCIC/NCIC and came back with a criminal history, but no wants or warrants I then told him that since he was not affiliated with the University he was trespassed from the University of Florida and any properties owned or leased by the University. He said that he understood the boundaries of campus and left the University.
